Health Systems International Acquires iMed Cost Containment Solution, Chapman & Associates Bill Review Clients
(firmenpresse) - INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 04/04/12 -- Health Systems International completed the acquisition of iMed Cost Containment Solution and the bill review clients of its' affiliated firm, Chapman & Associates effective March 31, 2012. The agreement marks the eighth acquisition Health Systems International has completed since 2007, helping to cement the firm's position as one of the nation's fastest growing medical cost management solution providers.
Based in Aurora, Colorado, iMed provides medical cost management services for workers' compensation, liability, and auto (PIP) claims. The three principals of the two-decade-old firm add more than 75 years of experience in workers' compensation services to Health Systems International's menu of client benefits.
