Real Estate Industry Veteran Brings More Than a Quarter Century of Experience in Financing, Brokerage, Acquisition and Disposition of Wide Range of Residential and Commercial Developments
(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/04/12 -- Joe Percival, whose experience and expertise in the real estate industry has produced success across a broad range of high-level commercial and residential developments, has joined The Hoffman Company land brokerage firm.

Percival was a principal at O'Donnell/Atkins, California's premier land and brokerage firm, from 2000 to 2009, during which the firm grew to six offices through the state and recorded $1.6 billion in annual land transactions. Percival was consistently among the firm's top producers and won the "Broker of the Year" in 2007.

His background includes positions with Land Interests, World Premier Investments, The Presidio Group, Aradi/Capital Guidance Corp. and Daon/BCE Development. Among the many notable sales in which he has been involved are the master planned communities of Lincoln Crossing, Terra Lago and McSweeny Farm.
Following his graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.S. degree in economics, he joined Arthur Young and Company and became a certified public accountant. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry Association.
