'Acquisition of TASL S.A. reinforces presence in vital financial center'
Amsterdam, March XX, 2012 - Orangefield announces today the takeover of
Luxembourg based TASL S.A. a specialist in accounting, company management and
corporate legal services. Through this acquisition - Orangefield's fourth since
2011 - the company continues its steady growth, strengthening its international
markings in corporate services.

Luxembourg office consists of over sixty professionals. The acquisition of TASL
S.A. including its staff of fifteen specialists, gives Orangefield an even
