Peak Confirms Closing of Private Placement

("Peak") (TSX VENTURE: PKK) is pleased to confirm today that it has closed the private placement of 7,350,800 units, at a price of $0.10 per unit, for gross proceeds of CDN$735,080, previously announced on April 3, 2012.
