The Mortgage Law Group Says That if You Believe You Have Been Faced With Financial Injury You Are Entitled to Receive Help for Possible Compensation

(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 04/05/12 -- Last week Federal Reserve recommendations raise questions about how deep foreclosure issues run along the bankruptcy industry.

The federal government is again taking action against "bad banks and servicers" for potentially mishandling and taking shortcuts in the foreclosure process, says Colin Banyon, Foreclosure Defense Attorney at The Mortgage Law Group.

The eight institutions cited by the Federal Reserve are Goldman Sachs, HSBC, SunTrust, MetLife, US Bancorp, PNC Financial, EverBank and One West. Despite the pledges of the giant servers to amend, the problem remains unfixed.

Some of the major issues are from people who have testified to being robo-signed. "If your loan has been serviced by any of those institutions, then can help to investigate whether your lender or servicer has attempted to wrongfully foreclosure on your loan, or has engaged in robo-signing or has in anyway mishandled the foreclosure process," says Banyon.

The federal banks listed above are required to examine all foreclosure records and rectify any issues. As part of the procedure, consumers who face financial injury have until July 31 of this year to request a review of their foreclosure and possibly receive compensation.

The Mortgage Law Group can aid in the fight to save your home, knowing the options you have such as asking for an independent review could be the difference between saving and losing your home.
