Send Word Now has received a clean SOC 1 (SSAE 16) Type 2 report, which validates that the company's controls have been tested over an extended period time. Unlike SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports, which are performed under the less robust AT 101 Attestation Engagements standard, a clean SOC 1 report examines the controls within an organization that are likely to be relevant to its customers' internal controls over financial reporting.
