Takedown Entertainment Closes Second Major MMA Licensing Deal With Aggression Entertainment

() (OTCBB: TKDN) announced today that its subsidiary, Fight Rights Licensing Inc., has signed a License and Distribution Agreement with Aggression Entertainment Ltd. ("Aggression"), an MMA fight promotion based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Aggression Entertainment is the parent company of the Aggression Fighting Championship, a major Canadian-based MMA fight promotion that has expanded rapidly since its formation in 2009. The agreement includes the worldwide distribution rights to the Aggression archives, which includes over 40 hours of MMA fights featuring the top-ranked Canadian MMA fighters, plus the right to film and distribute worldwide up to 12 live MMA fight events per year.
Aggression was established to develop Canadian talent and elevate regional MMA fighters to a global stage. The promotion has catapulted many MMA athletes into the top competitions in the world including the Ultimate Fighting Championship ("UFC") and Bellator Fighting Championships. Notable Aggression fighters include Nick Ring, Cyril Diabate, and Ryan Ford, who all appear in the Aggression archives.
