FRV Media Inc. Announces the Amendment of its Articles of Incorporation for a Name Change and a Consolidation of its Common Shares

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 04/12/12 -- FRV Media Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FRV.H) (the "Company") announces that it has completed the amendment of its articles of incorporation in order to change its name and to achieve a consolidation of its Class A shares on a 50-for-1 basis. The Company's new name is Global SeaFarms Corporation. The consolidation and name change were previously announced and approved by a majority of the minority of the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual and Special Shareholder's Meeting held on January 31, 2012.
