TVUPack Enables Broadcasters to Preserve Investments in Existing ENG Infrastructure by Retrofitting SD Microwave and Satellite OB Vans to Broadcast in HD

This solution enables broadcasters to preserve their investment in their existing ENG vehicles while making the all-important transition to full HD video transmission.
With this newly introduced Multipath technology, TVUPack becomes the first hybrid backpack capable of delivering HD broadcast quality live TV signal via microwave and satellite links in addition to 3G/4G/LTE wireless connections. The DVB-ASI interface on TVUPack allows it to connect to any digital Standard Resolution ENG van and utilize the dedicated microwave or satellite link for live HD video transmission.
