Warrior Energy N.V. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/13/12 -- Warrior Energy N.V. ("Warrior" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WEN) announces a non-brokered private placement, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, of up to 500,000 common shares (each, a "Share") at a price of $0.87 per Share for gross proceeds of up to $435,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company intends to use proceeds from the Offering for general working capital purposes.
The Shares issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period commencing on the closing date of the Offering and expiring on the date that is four months and one day after closing.
