Schweizer Electronic extends Executive Board Contracts with Marc Bunz
and Bernd Schweizer

Schramberg, April 16, 2012 - Last Friday the Supervisory Board of Schweizer
Electronic AG has extended the existing contracts, valid until March 2013,
with Executive Board members Marc Bunz and Bernd Schweizer for another five
years until 2018. Marc Bunz is member of the Executive Board since April 1,
2010 and is responsible for Finance&Controlling, Information Systems,
Purchasing and Investor Relations. Bernd Schweizer is in charge of
Production, Supply Chain and Quality Control and is member of the Executive
Board since April 1, 2008.
