DRYWAVE Technologies, Inc. Engages Audit Firm for Uplisting to Entry

Toronto, Canada - April 16th, 2012 - DRYWAVE Technologies, Inc. ('DRYWAVE')
has engaged Gregory Scott International ('GSI') of Chicago to undertake an
audit of DRYWAVE's financial statements in connection with the Company's
planned uplisting to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ('FSE') Entry Standard.
Under recently released rule changes from the FSE, companies on the
Regulated Market may uplist to the Entry Standard without submitting a
formal prospectus by providing the FSE with the latest two years of audited
financial statements on or before June 30, 2012. Drywave's management fully
expects to meet these requirements well in advance of the deadline.
'We are pleased to engage Gregory Scott International for this important
audit task to allow our Company to meet FSE requirements for the Entry
Standard. This will be the second audit performed by GSI on DRYWAVE, the
first being last year when their audit was a key step in DRYWAVE achieving
our initial listing,' said Steve Howe, DRYWAVE's CEO.
DRYWAVE's SolaJet Massage System combines a soothing full-body wave of warm
water with powerful deep tissue massage. The Company has sold several
hundred SolaJet Massage Systems in test markets and will aggressively
expand its international sales efforts in the coming months.
