GoIP Global Announces Two New Officers and Directors Associated With Its Caribbean Expansion

(PINKSHEETS: GOIG), a provider and developer of diversified communications and services across multiple devices and software platforms, announced today the appointment of Adrian Watson and Dr. Ray Powers to GoIP's Board and Management team.
Mr. Adrian Watson is a Chartered Accountant with over 20-years as a Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO for 21st Century Company he was instrumental in setting up the Caribbean telecom licenses, and brings that practical knowledge and financial acumen as 21st Century integrates operations into GoIP.
Dr. Ray Powers has extensive business experience in new technology. He was with the Bell System for 30 years followed by executive experience on multiple international network projects. He is a PMP certified Project Manager, has a BS degree in Business Management, an MBA in technology management, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD), and a Doctorate in Management and Applied Economics (PhD).
