Extends Coverage to Additional Event Types and Enables Access Through Web Service API

The service now provides global coverage of exchange listings, delistings, IPOs, identifier changes and shares outstanding. In addition, the service is now available via a Web Services application programmable interface (API) which can help financial institutions to obtain on-demand access to global corporate actions data and streamline integration of this data.

This corporate actions data can be delivered at the start of the day and on an intra-day basis in standardized XML and ISO 15022 format, which can help to streamline integration into financial systems and applications.
