Under the terms of the partnership, the Montreal M&A clubs' 160+ members from the private equity, investment banking, legal and accounting sectors will have the ability to leverage MergerID's matching technology to confidentially connect with vetted counterparties within North America and across the globe. In addition, MergerID will provide Montreal M&A Club with a "members only" platform that allows professionals within the club to source deals and opportunities with each other.
