Toromont to Announce First Quarter 2012 Results on April 25

Shareholders, investment analysts, members of the media and other interested parties are invited to dial into a teleconference and audio Webcast on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. (ET) to hear a discussion of the first quarter 2012 financial results and operating highlights.
