Highwoods Declares Quarterly Dividends
(firmenpresse) - RALEIGH, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 04/19/12 -- (NYSE: HIW) Board of Directors today declared a cash dividend of $0.425 per share of common stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. This equates to an annual dividend of $1.70 per share. The dividend is payable on June 12, 2012 to shareholders of record as of May 21, 2012.
The Board also declared a cash dividend of $21.5625 per share of the Company's 8 5/8% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on May 31, 2012, which is the next regularly scheduled dividend payment date, to shareholders of record as of May 15, 2012.
