Toromont to Hold Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on April 26, 2012

(TSX: TIH) is pleased to invite its shareholders and other interested parties to attend the Company's Annual and Special Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, April 26, 2012, at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in downtown Toronto.
