LPS Integration Buys Property Downtown Nashville for $1.46M
(firmenpresse) - NASHVILLE, TN -- (Marketwire) -- 04/19/12 -- LPS Integration announced today that it purchased a $1.46M building on 2.2 acres downtown Nashville, Tennessee, that will serve as their new corporate HQ. The 28,000 square foot building is located in the area known locally as SOBRO, or South of Broadway, and is just a few blocks from the nearly completed, ultra-modern Nashville Convention Center. Renovations are expected to take upwards of 9 months to complete as the entire building will need to be redesigned and will include executive offices, sales and meeting space, engineering offices, a training center and a large event room for its ongoing public seminars and training events. The new space will also house their $2M data center. They plan to be in the new location in early 2013.
"We are moving downtown to be more centrally located and closer to the heart of Nashville," said Todd Sanford, CFO, and owner of LPS, "despite the trend to relocate to Cool Springs or one of the nearby counties." LPS expects a good return on their investment in this property as many investors are buying up surrounding properties to convert to new office and retail space.
"We have big plans for our new office and we have chosen a location that will support our growth plans and still allow us to maintain the relationships we have built with our clients," said Sanford. "We intend to continue to hold our Surf-N-Turf cookouts and functions at the new building and maintain a close connection with our clients. That's how we built our business and nothing will change with the move. It will only get better."
