Great Rock Development Corporation Acquires Gold Rights to Cobequid Highland Claims in Nova Scotia
(firmenpresse) - SAULT STE MARIE, ON -- (Marketwire) -- 04/20/12 -- Great Rock Development Corporation (PINKSHEETS: GROC) reported today it has acquired gold mineral rights for 4200 acres of the Byers Brook and Shatter Lake claims of the Cobequid Highlands of Nova Scotia. In recent months the region has been the object of intense scrutiny because of discoveries of gold mineralization by Dr T.G. MacHattie of the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources ().
Great Rock Chairman Dr Luc C Duchesne said, "Mining exploration and mining are energy intensive processes. With the increasing cost of energy we predict that mining companies will show increasing needs for cost-effective energy solutions, which is at the center of the Company's core business.
