Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. Issues Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 04/20/12 -- Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. ("Peak" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: PKK) announces that its Board of Directors has granted 2,490,000 stock options, at an exercise price of $0.10 each, to directors, officers and certain employees and consultants.

The options, granted in accordance with the Corporation's stock option plan, will be valid for a period of 5 years. Options granted to directors, officers and employees will vest over a 2 year period with an initial tranche of 25% vesting in 8 months, a second tranche of 35% in 16 months and the final 40% in 24 months.
