Outsourced Finance and Accounting Service Continues Growth, Adds Business Process Consulting Resources

Papelian was most recently an independent Oracle consultant and the education practice director at KBACE Technologies where she worked with several Fortune 500 companies. Previously she worked for Oracle and BBN Corporation. Her experience includes developing change management solutions to support large scale implementations and system upgrades, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management solutions and project management.
Papelian has extensive experience developing and managing business process and change management solutions to support large scale systems implementations and system upgrades. The AMS Business Process practice conducts business process assessments including:
Reviews of current processes
Development of new and optimized business processes
Project management for system implementation and upgrades
Development of learning plans pertaining to end user needs
