Getting Cooperized is at the heart of all things Cooper -- eight diverse entities dedicated to helping people make good health a habit to live better, both sooner and later. Through the new website, visitors can access free health tips, learn about each entity's programs and services, and find our two locations through one user-friendly portal.

The website also includes a "Buzz" section dedicated to showcasing the latest updates from all of the official Cooper Aerobics social media channels, encouraging visitors to connect with Cooper.
In the Health Tips section, free health articles and videos from Cooper experts cover the topics of preventive medicine, nutrition, exercise, supplementation and stress. Visitors can also sign up for The Cooperized e-newsletter, distributed twice a month, to receive new articles and tips via email.
