Beck Ventures Plans $2 Billion "Dallas Midtown" Transformation

Under a financial transaction that closed this week, Beck Ventures now owns and operates over 1.5 million square feet of retail and office properties, in the heart of North Dallas. The property will undergo a phased redesign and redevelopment program. The $2 billion mixed-use lifestyle project will be known as .
