RHJ International: Transparency Declaration - Notification: McElvaine Investment Management Ltd.

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, McElvaine Investment
Management Ltd. sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of
shares they hold has fallen on April 20, 2012, below the threshold of 3% of the
total outstanding shares issued by RHJ International ("RHJI").
On April 20, 2012, McElvaine Investment Management Ltd. held 2,531,885 voting
rights, representing a stake of 2.96% of RHJI total issued shares compared to a
stake of 3.14% as disclosed in its previous transparency declaration.

Rules".
