Following exercise of warrants in Transmode Holding AB in April 2012, the number
of shares has increased by 3, 500 and the share capital has increased by SEK
700. As per 30 April 2012, the company's share capital amounts to SEK
5, 557, 735.20 and the total number of shares amounts to 27, 788, 676 shares.
This information constitutes disclosure of an increase in the number of shares
in accordance with chapter 4 section 9 paragraph 1 of the Swedish Financial
Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen om handel med finansiella instrument).
