Healthnostics Special Distribution Record Date Extended

(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS) has extended the record date for its Special Distribution to its shareholders of record. The Special Distribution announced on April 4, 2012, of one share of INAR stock for every three shares of HNSS stock to HNSS stockholders of record as of April 30, 2012 is now May 10, 2012. The distribution date is scheduled to begin on or about May 31, 2012. Further, this special distribution of InternetArray, Inc. common stock will entitle each HNSS stockholder to also receive pro rata shares of the INAR spinoffs of BidSellBuy and Premier Gold Traders.

The spinoff companies are expected to be traded as fully reporting Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) stocks.
