Prominex Resource Corp.: Tulks Hill Joint Venture Update

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/30/12 -- Prominex Resource Corp. (Prominex) (TSX VENTURE: PXR) is pleased to announce that Buchans Minerals Corporation (Buchans) (TSX VENTURE: BMC) has provided Prominex with formal notice of their election to participate in the 2011 exploration program on a pro-rata basis to maintain its interest at 49%. The semi-annual report of activities to Buchans dated December 31, 2011, reflected a total expenditures of $329,979.49. Prominex holds an undivided 51% interest in the Tulks Hill joint venture and is the operator.
