This news release is disseminated pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues in connection with the filing of an early warning report (the "Early Warning Report") regarding the holdings by Bradley N. Scharfe of common shares in the capital of Greenscape Capital Group Inc. ("Greenscape"). Mr. Scharfe (an officer and director of Greenscape) advises that he holds, directly and indirectly, an aggregate of 11,243,830 common shares of Greenscape, representing 18.61% of Greenscape's 60,433,002 issued and outstanding voting shares.
There is no agreement, arrangement, commitment, or understanding with respect to the voting of any of the shares now held by Mr. Scharfe. The shares were acquired through share-for-debt conversions, pursuant to private placements, and through purchases in the open market. Mr. Scharfe may increase or decrease his share ownership depending on market and other conditions.
