Bibby Financial Services Adds Sales Staff to California Operations

Scoggin has joined Bibby Financial Services as VP Business Development. Scoggin has five years experience in sales covering the California region. Previously she worked at Merchant Factors Corp as a Business Development Officer responsible for developing the West Coast region.
Scoggin will be reporting to West Coast Managing Director Nick Hart.
