Constellation Brands and Crown Imports Ring in Cinco de Mayo at New York Stock Exchange

VICTOR, N.Y., May 3, 2011 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ), the world's
leading premium wine company announced today that representatives from the
company and Crown Imports, a joint venture with Grupo Modelo, will ring the
closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange on May 4, 2012 in honor of Cinco de
Mayo. Constellation's Chief Financial Officer, Bob Ryder will push the button
and hit the gavel that closes the day's activities on the trading floor. He will
be joined by Jim O'Neil, senior vice president of the East Business Unit for
Crown Imports, along with representatives from Crown and its local wholesaler,
Manhattan Beer.
Crown Imports is the leading beer importer in the U.S. and markets and sells the
Grupo Modelo brands which include Corona Extra, the top selling imported beer in
the U.S. and Modelo Especial, one of the fastest growing large beer brands. The
portfolio also includes, Corona Light, Victoria, Negra Modelo, Pacifico and
Tsingtao.
