Changes in the Executive Committee of Van Lanschot Belgium

Van Lanschot's Board of Managing Directors intends to intensify the
collaboration between Van Lanschot Belgium and Van Lanschot the Netherlands in
order to realise efficiencies and further enhance the services provided to our
clients, with the aim of sustaining the successful growth achieved in the past
few years.
In connection with this, the Board of Managing Directors has decided to appoint
additional members to the Executive Committee in Belgium.
Rob van Oostveen (40) has been appointed Chairman of the Executive Committee of
Van Lanschot Belgium with effect from 1 May 2012. He previously held the
position of Director of Private Investments at Van Lanschot in the Netherlands.
He succeeds Gerrit Verlodt as Chairman of the Executive Committee. Mr Verlodt
has decided to pursue his career elsewhere.
Evert-Jan Bentinck (57) was appointed member of the Executive Committee of Van
Lanschot Belgium on 1 May 2012. For the past three years he was a member of the
HRM Management Team at Van Lanschot in the Netherlands.
The National Bank of Belgium has approved both appointments.
The Executive Committee of Van Lanschot Belgium now comprises the following
members:
- Rob van Oostveen, Chairman
- Evert-Jan Bentinck, member of the Executive Committee
- Jurgen Coenegrachts, member of the Executive Committee
- Paul Timmermans, member of the Executive Committee
