Warrior Energy N.V. Announces Change in Authorized Capital
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/04/12 -- Warrior Energy N.V. ("Warrior" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WEN) is pleased to announce that it has effected the second stage of its share consolidation announced on January 19, 2012. Effective May 4, 2012, the Company's articles of association were amended to change the Company's authorized capital from 8,000,000 common shares with nominal value of EUR 0.75 to 12,500,000 common shares with nominal value of EUR 0.02.
The change in authorized capital has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
