Michael Elliot, CEO, said, "We are delighted to conclude the installation of Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection Systems in Nijiya's Hawaii locations in Honolulu, continuing with the installation our technology throughout their chain of 14 markets from New York to California and Hawaii. Nijiya Market opened their first store in San Diego in 1986 and also developed their own Nijiya Brand of over 100 products sold in their stores. They utilize Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection throughout their produce department and have been most impressed by the improvement in food safety, product quality, and shelf-life extension.
