The 3P, or personal progression program, now grants each person $250 a year to follow a passion. The results included first time marathoners, bag pipers, tap dancers, iron man participants and numerous others. The requirement for the program is that you must publish your goal and your progress. At the end of the year a $5,000 grant is rewarded to continue your passion.
The Best Place to Work in the bay project involved surveying employees at 250 Bay Area companies to find those companies whose employees gave them the highest ratings and was produced by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal.
The months-long project culminated with the print publication of top-25 and top-50 lists of the best places to work in five company-size categories from throughout the Bay Area.
