Firm Names New Women of Waller Chair, New Professional Development Partner

Kelley's legal practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law, with experience also in real estate syndications and reporting of equity and debt offerings. Kelley is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University and received her B.S. from Lipscomb University.

Pickrell is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, ABA Health Law Section, American Health Lawyers Association, and the Nashville Health Care Council. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University and received her B.A. from Williams College.
