("BioExx" or the "Company") (TSX: BXI), announced today that it will release its financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2012 following the close of markets on Monday, May 14, 2012. Management will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 15 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) to review the financial results.
