C.A. Bancorp Inc. Completes Sale of Interest in Xplornet Communications Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/08/12 -- C.A. Bancorp Inc. ("C.A. Bancorp" or the "Company") (TSX: BKP) announced today that the Company has completed a transaction pursuant to which C.A. Bancorp has sold its interest in Xplornet Communications Inc. ("Xplornet") to other shareholders of Xplornet (the "Transaction"). The Company received cash proceeds of approximately $0.9 million or $0.07 per C.A. Bancorp common share. The Transaction is in furtherance of the Company's Realization Strategy.
