Annual Shareholder Meeting Date Reminder

(firmenpresse) - OMAHA, NE -- (Marketwire) -- 05/08/12 -- iSECUREtrac Corp. (OTCBB: ISEC), an industry leader in electronic monitoring solutions, today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 on Monday, May 14, 2012.

The Company will also host a conference call to discuss the results. The call will be chaired by Lincoln Zehr, Chief Executive Officer. A question and answer session will follow at which time the operator will direct participants as to the correct procedure for submitting questions. Details for the call are as follows:
