KSW, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

(firmenpresse) - LONG ISLAND CITY, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 05/09/12 -- KSW, Inc. (NASDAQ: KSW) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.20 per share, payable on May 24, 2012 to shareholders of record as of May 18, 2012.
