above the predominantly basaltic Eagle Lake Volcanics and underlying the
predominantly basaltic Upper Wabigoon Volcanics.
Crestwell has filed a NI 43-101 technical report on this property, which is
available on Sedar.com.
Treasury Metals recently issued a NI 43-101 technical report on their high-grade
Goliath gold deposit, located to the northeast of Crestwell's property. Treasury
Metal's report included 3.78 million tonnes at 7.02 grams per tonne gold in the
Inferred and Indicated categories.
Crestwell also holds a 100% interest in the Kerrisdale 1 property, located near
Logan Lake, approximately 40 kilometres south-southwest of Kamloops, British
Columbia. The Kerrisdale 1 lies between two major mining areas; the giant
Highland Valley copper mines and the Iron Mask copper-gold mining district. The
Highland Valley mines contain several very large copper-molybdenum deposits
associated with calc-alkaline intrusive rocks of the Guichon Creek batholith,
and the Iron Mask batholith hosts copper-gold deposits associated with alkaline
intrusive rocks.
The company trades at $0.28 and with 6.9 million shares outstanding, is
capitalized at approximately $2 million.
