Investview, Inc. Announces New Stock Symbol
(firmenpresse) - DRAPER, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/10/12 -- Investview, Inc. (formerly Global Investor Services, Inc.) (OTCBB: GISV) (OTCQB: GISV) ("Investview") recently announced its name change from Global Investor Services, Inc. to better reflect the nature of its core business. The company is being assigned a new Stock Trading symbol by FINRA that will change from the current GISV to its permanent new symbol on or about May 17th, 2012.
When Investview first initiated the reverse stock split of its outstanding and authorized shares on April 9th, 2012 the Company's symbol on the OTCBB & OTCQB changed to GISVD for 20 business days from April 9, 2012. On this past Monday, May 7th, 2012 the symbol reverted to GISV again and will change to the permanent symbol that will be assigned by FINRA on or about May 17th, 2012.
The Company will not know the new symbol until it is assigned by FINRA from a list of prior selections made by the Company and submitted to FINRA early last April.
