Oomba(TM) Acquires GameBux(TM), the Real Virtual Currency(TM)
(firmenpresse) - CAMBRIDGE, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/10/12 -- Oomba, Inc. announced today that it has acquired GameBux™, a virtual currency system that will compliment the company's Digital Object Trading™ platform and Virtual Goods Marketplace™.
Oomba CEO Michael Williams commented, "It is our intention to launch GameBux as a free, virtual currency system for all games. There is a call for a universal system just as there once was for arcade tokens. Making GameBux free removes the largest barrier to that vision."
GameBux is a robust virtual currency-as-a-service. It works with both online and mobile games that are connected to the Internet. Oomba plans to launch GameBux later this year.
