Acquisition of Units of Brompton 2012 Flow-Through Limited Partnership

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/10/12 -- Brompton Corp. of 181 Bay Street, Suite 2930, Toronto, ON M5J 2T3 has acquired 99,200 limited partnership units of Brompton 2012 Flow-Through Limited Partnership (the "LP") representing approximately 38.2% of the total units outstanding. The units were purchased at the price of CAD$25.00 per unit pursuant to the LP's initial public offering. The units were acquired in the ordinary course of Brompton Corp.'s investment activities. Brompton Corp. may purchase or sell units of the LP, at any time and from time to time, in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to its investment decisions.
