Bayport Subsidiary Announces Submission and Receipt of Application Permit Number to Commence Small Mining Operation

(PINKSHEETS: EXTO) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Cosmic American Rare Earth (CARE), Inc. has submitted a Notice of Intention to Commence Small Mining Operations to the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining and has received Permit Number . The Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining is the governing body responsible for regulating the exploration and development of coal, oil and gas, and other minerals in a manner which encourages responsible reclamation and development. This division is under the State of Utah Department of Natural Resources within the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of land Management (BLM).
The company filed with the BLM the required Plan of Operations, Reclamation Plan, Interim Management Plan, Monitoring Plan, and Finance Assurance Plan. No Environment Analysis was required, but Environmental Performance Standards were addressed within their Plan of Operations addressing how they would conquer all air, water, and discharge of pollutants into ground water issues to include resolving any other environmental issues. The WOW claims are located near the primary support city of Nephi in Juab County, Utah.
The goal of the small mining operation is to initiate a drill program to confirm the independent assay report of .324 ounces of gold per ton for the WOW claims. If the drill results are favorable, the company is planning to purchase equipment that extracts fine gold using a chemical free process. The Utah BLM standards require no more than 100,000 tons of earth moved per 800 feet from within a no more than 1 acre of disturbance per Reclamation Bond. The company is authorized to do as many Reclamation Bonds as possible within the 120 acres of their WOW claims.
Bayport has recently been in contact with the Mining Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) to update MSHA on when the company will start their small mining operation. The WOW claims have been federally registered with MSHA, but will not be reflected within the MSHA database until the confirmation of a future drill program to begin. Further progress of the mining operations will be provided as soon as practical.
