Omasairaala to Pikku-Huopalahti

Omasairaala Oy will be situated in Pikku-Huopalahti, Helsinki. Pikku-Huopalahti
is ideally located at the heart of all major roads leading to Helsinki.
Omasairaala Oy will begin to operate in early 2013.
Omasairaala is creating a totally new kind of hospital concept in Finland.
Customers' wishes are taken into consideration is the planning, as are
suggestions for its operation.
"We want to offer our customers a positive experience and the hospital's
location is a key element of the new concept. I am pleased that we have found
premises for the hospital at Puutarhurinkuja. The arrival of Omasairaala to
Pikku-Huopalahti will improve the local services," says Managing Director Harri
Aho.
Omasairaala focuses on orthopaedic day surgery. Excellent services lie at the
core of the hospital's operations, meaning, among other things, guaranteeing
access to the right treatment as quickly as possible.
The hospital is owned by Pohjola Insurance Ltd. The hospital's services are in
no way limited to Pohjala Insurance's customers, they are available to all.
Customers who are referred to Omasairaala from insurance companies can have
their claims settlement taken care of at the reception.
The property at Puutarhurinkuja 2 is owned by Pohjola Insurance Ltd. K-Market
Kaarnikka, a supermarket currently operating within the building, will leave in
early 2013 when its lease contract expires. We are working together with Kesko
and the City of Helsinki to relocate it in the area.
