Management to Host Conference Call by Late May to Discuss Q1 Financial Results

Management expects to file its first quarter 2012 Form 10-Q within the 5-day grace period.
CommerceTel will host a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2012 financials results and provide a business update by May 30, 2012 as well as update its outlook for 2012. Details for the call will be announced once the date is finalized.
