Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading
international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in
Europe, announces that all resolutions at today's AGM were passed.
The following timetable will apply to both the cash dividend of 8 euro cents,
withholding 15% dividend tax and the dividend in shares. Dividend paid in shares
will be charged to the share premium reserve.
Ex-dividend date 18 May 2012
Record date 22 May 2012
Period to opt for dividend in cash or in shares 18 May 2012 - 1 June 2012
Period for determination dividend rights 18 May 2012 - 1 June 2012
Announcement exchange ratio (after closure NYSE 1 June 2012
Euronext Amsterdam)
Payment date 14 June 2012
All Ordinary Shares that are on the Group's shareholder register on 22 May 2012
will be entitled to the dividend. Shareholders who do not opt to receive a cash
dividend will automatically receive shares.
