CBC Expands Presence in Pocatello, Idaho & Surrounding Areas
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/16/12 -- Salt Lake Office today announced that broker Don Zebe has joined the firm's Idaho expansion effort as Vice President of Retail and Investment Properties. Zebe expands CBC's growing presence in Idaho by covering the Pocatello area, including Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, and Rexburg.
Hired as the newest Idaho broker at CBC, Zebe has over 10 years of experience as a retail, restaurant and shopping center specialist, having acquired, leased, developed or sold over 2 million square feet during his commercial real estate career. Zebe has provided broker services to many major clients and brands including Walgreens, Household Finance, Hollywood Video, Jack in the Box, Batteries Plus, AT&T, T-Mobile, Ruby Tuesday, and Del Taco, among others. He is a licensed agent in Idaho and will specialize in retail leasing, industrial, and office sales for CBC.
Zebe was the principle developer / owner for Pocatello Square regional shopping center, which was awarded the Idaho Planning Association's "Outstanding Planning Award" in 2005.
