It provides insight on teens and their movie viewing habits along with featured essays from the that asked 4,000+ teen visitors across the US, "What movie has made the biggest difference in your life?"

Survey results of participating revealed:

56% of teens see a movie in the theater at least once per month, with 11% paying for more than four theater movies per month

41% of teens watch an additional 2-3 movies at home each week

With multiple methods to view movies at home, teens reported that they utilize their personal DVD collection (53.9%) and Netflix (45.1%) in greater numbers than DIRECTV / Dish Network (21.4%) or Hulu.com (16.5%)

When asked if they had to give up one form of entertainment, teens are more willing to forgo Social Media (28.2%) and TV (21.8%) than Movies (5.8%) or Music (3.4%)

Of the submitted essays, 11 finalists were selected. These students shared life lessons learned from the films Taare Zameen Par: Every Child is Special, Star Wars, Singin' in the Rain, Rocky, In Time, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, A Goofy Movie, and 50/50.

One finalist discussed her sister's battle with leukemia in her essay about , "Cancer cannot cripple love, it cannot corrode faith, it cannot eat away peace, it cannot destroy confidence...it cannot shut out memories, it cannot silence courage, it cannot reduce eternal life. It cannot destroy families..." while another finalist said "inspired me to accept myself for who I am."
